What does the Kriega 10-Year Warranty cover?
The Kriega 10-Year Warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers the original owner against defects in material and /or workmanship and is limited to repair or replacement of the product, not consequential damage or associated costs.
Workmanship refers to seams, seam tape and construction. Damage due to wear and tears such as rips, tears, abrasion or UV degradation, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty policy.
How to claim on the Kriega 10-Year Warranty ?
Kriega products are constructed using only the best materials and processes available and problems are very rare, but if you do have any issues please contact the authorised reseller where you purchased the product.

Return postage costs will not be covered so please do contact us before sending any products back. Sometimes we can fix the problem before you spend money on return postage. A proof of purchase will always be required.
Kriega reserves the right to repair or replace products at their discretion in line with the policies of the Kriega 10-Year Warranty. In the case of a replacement a direct “like for like” model will be offered or an equivalent model if the original is no longer in production/available. No cash alternative is available. A proof of purchase will always be required. All internal production tags must be in tact and unaltered. Your statutory rights are not affected.
