The whole Kriega range is built to perform without exception. As a commitment to quality all Kriega products are Guaranteed for 10 years against defects in materials and manufacture.

OUR GUARANTEE COVERS MATERIALS AND MANUFACTURE DEFECTS

The guarantee is valid from the original date of purchase. It is non-transferable. Only the original purchaser/owner of the product is covered. A proof of purchase will always be required.

The guarantee covers defects in material and/or construction. This includes seams, seam tape, zips, stitching and construction materials. It does not cover damage due to fair wear and tear; crash damage; accidental damage; rips, tears, or abrasion; chemical or fuel damage; UV degradation; misuse or neglect. Fair wear and tear refers to the reasonable and practical expected life span of the product in use.

The guarantee is limited to repair or replacement of the product. Consequential damage to any contents, or associated costs (such as postage and packing) is not covered.

SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

Need to submit a warranty claim on your Kriega product?
Please review the eligibility criteria to ensure your item qualifies for a claim:

• Authorized Purchase: The item was purchased from an authorized dealer within the United States.
• Time Frame: The claim is being submitted within the warranty period from the purchase date.
• Manufacturing Defects: This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. Damage due to crashes, accidents, negligence, misuse, corrosion, incorrect installation, improperly performed repairs, use of incompatible spare parts or components, unapproved modifications or normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.
• Photos: Upload photos of the product defect.
• Registration Number: You must have a product registration number. If you haven’t registered your product yet, please do so here: Register Your Product.
• Review: Kriega will contact you regarding warranty approval and shipping instructions, if appropriate.
