Constructed from heavy-duty Hypalon with reinforced stitching and alloy hardware, it’s designed to handle rough terrain with confidence, while roll-top closures with removable liners help keep your gear protected from rain, dust, and mud.
FITMENT
Designed for Royal Enfield Himalayan models equipped with a rear rack, the OS-Base harness uses included mounting points and a bike-specific shape to create a secure, over-the-seat fit. The system integrates directly with the bike’s subframe and rack structure, providing multiple attachment points for flexible pack configurations while maintaining proper clearance and a stable carry setup.

Even though most of the OS-Base mounts on the seat, the sides can rub against the plastic side panels of the bike, resulting in minor abrasion. This can be further exaggerated if mud and dust get in between the OS-Base and the plastics. We strongly recommend applying a clear adhesive protective sheet to where abrasion may occur on your motorcycle.
