All orders from Kriega.us are shipped directly from the Kriega UK Headquarters.

To find the shipping costs for an item simply place the item (or items) into your shopping cart and go to checkout.

USA DELIVERY TIMES: Estimated delivery within 5-7 working days* from receipt of order.

CANADA & MEXICO DELIVERY TIMES : Estimated delivery within 7-10 working days* from receipt of order.

SHIPPING PRICES: All shipping prices are based on the product weight and will be automatically calculated when you add them to your basket.

Standard US delivery: $20 USD maximum on large items, $12.50 USD maximum on small items (see above to calculate total price)

Standard Canadian delivery: $35 USD maximum on large items, $15 USD maximum on small items (see above to calculate total price)

Standard Mexico delivery: $50 USD maximum on large items, $20 USD maximum on small items (see above to calculate total price)

USA IMPORT DUTIES AND LOCAL TAX: All orders to private individuals for personal use with a total invoice value below $800 USD will be duty free. Orders over a total value of $800 USD may be subject to additional import duties and local taxes on arrival at their chosen destination.
Any additional import duty or local tax is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be calculated or added at point of sale.

RETURNS POLICY

UNWANTED ITEMS
You may return unwanted items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of product cost. Goods must be returned to us in a new, unused and re-saleable condition (including all packaging, tags and manuals)If the goods are not in this condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 50% of the purchase price from the refund amount.
Any goods returned are done so at your own expense and risk. We would recommend using a recorded delivery service as we will not accept responsibility for goods “lost in transit”.
If a refund is required we will refund you the price of the goods only. We will not refund any delivery charge you may have paid.
If an exchange is required we will send the new item(s) out once we have received the returned item(s). Any difference in price between the new and old product will be paid by you or refunded by us before your new product is dispatched.
We do have a postal address in the USA for returned items.

FAULTY ITEMS
Goods supplied incorrectly or faulty must be notified within 7 days of receipt by email or by phone +44(0)1244 280487 (UK phone number)
If an item you have purchased develops a fault/problem within the guarantee period please email info@kriega.com to discuss the best means of rectifying the problem.

In the first instance please e-mail us at info@kriega.com with your name, order number and reason for return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed. We aim to respond within 1 – 2 working days*

SECURITY AND PAYMENT

What credit card security partner do we use?

When the order is placed at our website, all credit card details are handled by our payment processing partner; STRIPE. You will be transferred to their secure site and credit card numbers will be encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Products in stock will be dispatched within 24 hrs of payment being cleared (excluding weekends/Public holidays). All products are dispatched by carrier, and will require a signature on receipt. Allow 7 days from date of order, before reporting the goods missing. Goods damaged in transit should be reported immediately for replacement. Proof of purchase (first owner) will be require when making a guarantee claim. It is the customer's responsibility to return the goods to Kriega at their own expense. Every effort is made to ensure that our written and visual material is correct at time of publication, but we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions. In line with our commitment to constant improvement, slight variations may occur in product specification.

Our Terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
